4How do I edit the address or details of my order?
To change details of your order, including to edit your delivery address, correct the personalization details or to cancel the order altogether, please contact us immediately. We will sort it out. This will give us plenty of time to amend or cancel your order.
If you don’t have an account with us, you can contact us here and we'll be able to set you up with an account.
We aim to respond within 24 hours, but please be patient during peak times.
